Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for:

    • Damaged products

    • Incorrect products delivered

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with proper images/videos as proof.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items purchased during special offers or discounts
